Products

We strive to present product descriptions, photographs, colors, sizes, and other details as accurately as possible.

Many Mae Luna soaps are made in small batches using traditional cold-process methods and botanical ingredients. Natural and batch-to-batch variations in color, shape, texture, pattern, and appearance may occur and are not considered defects.

Bath products and soaps are intended for external use only unless a product page specifically states otherwise. Please review product ingredients and usage information before use and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Pricing & Taxes

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and may change without prior notice.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges, when required, are calculated at checkout.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, product availability, pricing or listing errors, or inaccurate order information.

If Mae Luna cancels an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Payments

Payments are processed through Shopify and authorized payment providers.

Mae Luna does not directly store full payment card information.

Shipping

Processing and delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
