At Mae Luna, every order is carefully prepared to help ensure it arrives safely and beautifully packaged.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

  • Free U.S. shipping on orders of $50 or more.

  • Shipping charges for orders under $50 are calculated at checkout.

Estimated Delivery

After an order has shipped, estimated delivery within the United States is 3–7 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships. Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update the tracking information.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

If a package is delayed, returned, lost, or delivered to an incorrect address because the address entered at checkout was inaccurate or incomplete, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@maelunastore.com.

Include your order number and photographs of the package and damaged product when possible.

Packages That Appear Lost

If tracking has not updated for an extended period or your package appears to be lost in transit, contact us at contact@maelunastore.com with your order number.

We will review the tracking information and work with the shipping carrier when appropriate.

Marked Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check around the delivery location and with household members, neighbors, building staff, or the carrier.

If the package still cannot be found, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the available tracking information.
